Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and online platforms
Assist customers with reservations confirmations and scheduling requests
Research available options based on customer needs and preferences
Coordinate accommodations transportation activities and related arrangements
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy
Communicate updates changes and important information to customers
Follow up on customer requests and outstanding items
Work with suppliers and service providers to coordinate customer arrangements
Assist with modifications cancellations and special requests
Monitor upcoming reservations and proactively address potential issues
Perform general administrative duties including data entry and record maintenance
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service standards at all times
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable using email web-based platforms and online systems
