REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years construction experience ideally trade-specific;

Valid Drivers License;

Ability to pass Background Check;

TASKS:
Prep work areas for renovation;
Structural work could include modifying framing walls floors or roofs as needed;
Installations could include electrical plumbing HVAC insulation and windows or doors;
Finish work not limited to drywall flooring cabinetry interior or exterior painting trim or siding;
Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction;

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
