Join Signature Retail Services Travel Remodel Team and take the lead in transforming some of the nations largest home improvement retailers including Home Depot Lowes and Ace Hardware. As a Travel Remodel Team Lead youll oversee a crew of Fixture Installers coordinate project execution and ensure remodels are completed safely efficiently and to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Fixture Installers during large-scale retail remodels and store transformations
• Coordinate daily project activities to ensure work is completed safely accurately and on schedule
• Install relocate adjust and dismantle steel fixtures cantilevers shelving pallet racking and displays
• Review project plans store layouts and merchandising specifications with team members
• Train coach and mentor crew members while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact between store management project leadership and field teams
• Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a positive and professional work environment
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and client requirements
• Safely operate hand tools power tools forklifts and scissor lifts (training provided)
• Complete project documentation reporting and communication using company-provided technology
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
• All other job-related instructions and job-related tasks should be completed as directed by management.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid drivers license reliable personal vehicle and proof of active auto insurance
• Previous experience leading teams in retail remodel fixture installation construction warehouse or related environments preferred
• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read project plans store layouts and merchandising instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
• Comfortable training and coaching team members in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using smartphones tablets and web-based reporting systems
• Forklift scissor lift or OSHA certifications are a plus but not required
• This is a physically active role that involves standing walking bending lifting climbing ladders and remaining active throughout overnight shifts
• Regular lifting moving and handling of products fixtures and materials up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced remodel environments with overnight project schedules.

Travel Requirements

• 100% weekly travel throughout your assigned region and surrounding states
• Company-paid hotels and airfare (room sharing applies)
• Home most weekends
• Per diem provided during overnight travel
• Mileage and drive-time reimbursement
• Must maintain a valid drivers license reliable vehicle and active auto insurance
