Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Support office operations under the direction of the Administrative Support Assistant.

Greet visitors and provide courteous customer service.

Sort and distribute mail deliveries and departmental materials.

Assist with filing copying scanning data entry and other routine office tasks.

Support departmental events projects and special initiatives.

Help maintain welcoming classrooms common areas and offices.

Replenish office and classroom supplies as needed.

Notify the Administrative Support Assistant of maintenance safety or facility concerns.

Maintain confidentiality when handling departmental materials and information.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong organizational interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Previous office experience is preferred but not required.

Hours

Work schedules will be arranged around the students academic schedule.

Pay Rate

$12.00 per hour.

Eligibility

Employment is contingent upon eligibility for and enrollment in the Federal Work-Study Program as well as the availability of Federal Work-Study funding.
