Our client is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support safe reliable and efficient manufacturing operations by improving equipment reliability optimizing maintenance strategies and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities-
Improve equipment reliability availability and maintainability across plant operations.

Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.

Develop and optimize Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) programs.

Analyze maintenance and operational data to identify reliability improvements.

Troubleshoot pumps compressors motors heat exchangers piping systems and process equipment.

Partner with Operations Maintenance and Engineering teams to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

Utilize CMMS systems to support maintenance planning and asset management.

Ensure compliance with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) and plant safety standards.

Drive Lean Manufacturing reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.

3 years of experience in Reliability Engineering Maintenance Engineering Plant Engineering or Manufacturing Operations.

Experience in manufacturing chemical petrochemical refinery or heavy industrial environments preferred.

Strong knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps compressors motors heat exchangers piping systems and process instrumentation.

Hands-on experience with RCA FMEA RCM Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Vibration Analysis and Oil Analysis.

Experience using CMMS systems.

Strong troubleshooting analytical and communication skills.

CMRP Certification.

Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.

Experience with process control systems and instrumentation.
