Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Release Manager to lead the planning
coordination and execution of enterprise software releases across
multiple environments. This role will partner with Development QA
DevOps Product and Operations teams to ensure deployments are
delivered on schedule while meeting quality security governance and
compliance requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce release
management Copado Azure DevOps Git and CI/CD pipelines along with a
solid understanding of release governance environment management
deployment automation and rollback strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage release calendars deployment schedules environment
readiness and production/non-production releases.
- Coordinate deployments across Development QA Staging and
Production environments.
- Govern Salesforce deployments using Copado including promotions
quality gates compliance and merge-conflict resolution.
- Design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines including
YAML/classic pipelines variable groups service connections and
artifacts.
- Implement Git-based version control branching and tagging
strategies using GitHub Bitbucket or Azure Repos.
- Manage release risks rollback strategies defects change controls
and release documentation.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across release and
deployment processes.
- Support Infrastructure as Code using Terraform ARM templates or
Bicep.

Required/Preferred Skills
- 3-5 years of Release Management DevOps Configuration Management
or Software Delivery experience.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC Agile/Waterfall CI/CD Git and
environment management.
- Hands-on experience with Copado Salesforce and Azure DevOps
strongly preferred.
- Salesforce deployment experience involving metadata sandboxes
Apex LWC and SFDX is preferred.
- Experience with MuleSoft Any point Platform CloudHub Runtime
Manager ServiceNow Jira Docker AKS/Kubernetes Azure Monitor
Splunk or ELK is a plus.
- Automation/scripting experience with PowerShell Bash YAML Groovy
or Python is desirable.
- Copado or Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer
Science or a related field.
