Coordinate activities for residents of care and treatment facilities. This position is critical to our success and exemplifies the wonderful mission driven work we do here every dayAssess resident needs designs and implements rehabilitation skill training cognitive remediation job coaching and behavior management objectives in accordance with treatment appropriate behavior and skills in residential community and day/vocational settings utilizing direct feedback role-playing modeling and behavior modification in the planning scheduling implementation and evaluations of social emotional recreational vocational and related therapeutic programs for individuals communication book treatment plans and other clinical for or transport individuals served to all planned activities in the current and complete client records in accordance with program standards corporate licensing and regulatory policies. Collects and reports data relevant to rehabilitation goals and administrative policy. Develops and implements with supervisory input schedule to ensure adequate direct care coverage and assistance in emergency coverage. Assists with emergency coverage and crisis intervention for all clients as needed and participates in rotational on-call program Qualifications: High School Diploma Valid drivers license in good standingEffective problem-solving skills excellent communication skills and acute attention to detail required A reliable responsible attitude and a compassionate approach A commitment to quality in everything you do Other Requirements: Travel as neededPhysical Requirements: Heavy work.
