Rehab Aide (Primary Responsibilities)

• Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas and organizing equipment.
• Support patient care under the direction of licensed therapists as appropriate.
• Help maintain the cleanliness organization and readiness of therapy spaces.
• Prepare treatment supplies and assist with daily clinic flow.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Front Office Support

• Greet patients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Assist with patient scheduling and therapist calendars as needed.
• Support patient check-in check-out and insurance verification.
• Maintain accurate patient records while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with general office operations documentation and communication with patients and providers.
• Provide coverage for the Front Office Coordinator as needed.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Healthcare customer service administrative or therapy support experience is helpful but not required. We are happy to train the right person.
