Description

The Regulatory Consulting Associate has primary responsibility for preparation of plan documents plan amendments resolutions SPDsSMMsand certain IRS / DOL filings. Works under general supervision of Principal & Senior Regulatory Compliance Consultant and exercises initiative and independent judgment in tasks performed.

What You Will Do

In this role you will:

  • Prepare plan documents amendments resolutionspoliciesand procedures SPDs and SMMs for the DC (Defined Contributions) team
  • Prepare certain IRS/DOL filings and corrections
  • Research and consulting support on regulatory/legislative and compliance items

WhatWe Are Looking For

RequiredProfessionalQualifications

  • 5 years of industry experience withan expertisein retirement plan documents and strong working knowledge of 401(k) plans.

PreferredProfessionalQualifications

  • ERISA Paralegal preferred
  • Experience with FIS Relius documents is a plus
  • QKC certification preferred

Personal Qualifications

  • Works well within a team environment and takes ownership of personal workproduct
  • Proficiencyin the use of computers and other general office equipment
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicationskills (both written and verbal)
  • Able to productively respond to change
  • Excellent organization and time management skills

Location

This role is based out of the Milliman office in Dallas Texas but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US. The expected application deadline for this job isAugust 31 2026

Compensation

The overall salary range for this role is $65200 - $119830. For candidatesresidingin:

  • Alaska California Connecticut Illinois Maryland Massachusetts New Jersey New York City Pennsylvania Virginia Washington or the District ofColumbiathe salary range is $74980- $119830.
    • All other locations the salary range is $65200 - $104200.

    A combination of factors will be considered including butnot limited to education relevant work experience qualifications skills certifications etc.â
