Job Summary
As an Associate Veterinarian at Kent Veterinary Clinic youll provide high-quality medical surgical and preventive care to companion animals in a supportive team-oriented environment. Were looking for someone who is passionate about animal welfare enjoys building relationships with clients and wants room to grow their clinical interests.
What youll do:
- Diagnose and treat a variety of medical and surgical cases
- Perform wellness exams vaccinations and preventive care
- Build lasting relationships with pet owners and the broader Amite City community
- Collaborate with a supportive team of technicians and support staff
- Pursue your own clinical interests whether thats dentistry dermatology or another specialty area
Qualifications :
- DVM/VMD from an accredited veterinary program
- Active or eligible Louisiana veterinary license
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love of animals and people
- New graduates and experienced veterinarians alike are encouraged to apply mentorship available
