Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient placement and staff assignments.
- Support nursing staff with patient care workflow and unit activities.
- Assist with staff orientation education and ongoing training.
- Oversee clinical operations and respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental goals.
- Assist with scheduling staffing productivity and resource management.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting staffing and operational needs.
- Maintain equipment supplies and a safe patient care environment.
- Perform direct patient care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN licensure in the applicable state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 1 year of charge nurse experience.
- Current BLS and NRP certifications.
- BSN preferred.
