As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN)- PRN youll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Bend OR. The scheduled hours are INSERT SCHEDULE. Insert additional details: perks required skills sign on bonus details etc.
What Youll Do
Assesses patient care needs conducts nursing evaluations and provides treatment within scope of practice
Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
Performs and documents medical tests screenings and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG audiometry spirometry vision)
Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
Maintains medical equipment ensures a clean and safe environment and follows infection control procedures
Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
Performs other duties as assigned
