As a Registered Nurse you will enable individuals to live well by applying loving care in all that you do and inspiring your team to do the understanding the unique needs and preferences of each patients in your care youll deliver best practice clinical care that leads with heart. Youll develop genuine connections and build confidence and trust with your patients whilst supervising and leading your team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing patient care in a chiropractic healthcare setting
- Assessing patients health conditions and needs
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs
- Collaborating with healthcare team members
- Educating patients and their families on healthcare plans
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Maintaining accurate patient records
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Associate degree in Nursing or related field
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Maximum of 5 years of nursing experience
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $125000 - $150000 per year
