What Youll Do

As the Nurse Manager you will provide operational and clinical leadership for an assigned resident care area while ensuring high-quality safe and compassionate care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead supervise coach and develop nursing and nursing support staff.

  • Coordinate daily clinical operations and ensure appropriate staffing and resource utilization.

  • Monitor resident care quality safety and regulatory compliance standards.

  • Foster positive relationships with residents families physicians and interdisciplinary team members

  • Support employee engagement professional development and performance compliance with federal state and organizational policies and regulations.

  • Champion a culture of resident-centered care accountability collaboration and service excellence.

Qualifications

Required

  • Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

  • Associates degree in nursing

  • Minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of leadership supervisory or management experience.

  • Strong clinical assessment communication and organizational skills.

Preferred

  • Three (3) or more years of leadership experience in skilled nursing long-term care memory care or rehabilitation services.

  • Experience managing quality improvement regulatory compliance and workforce development initiatives.

  • Demonstrated success in coaching mentoring and developing high-performing teams.

Compensation

Salary Range: $98800 - $148200 annually

Compensation is based on experience education skills and internal equity. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) are compensated within the stated salary range. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and other job-related factors.
