This free standing Emergency Unit is a division ofInovaLoudoun hospital.The role is full time Mid - Shift 11am-11p. Qualified candidates will be eligible for a sign on bonus.

Emergency Room Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination through an understanding of patient family nurse and healthcare delivery team.
• Conduct all patient care in a patient and family-centered manner.
• Use an integrated approach toward patient outcomes
• Utilize standards guidelines and pathways for care delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 1 year of Registered Nurse clinical experience in the acute care setting.
• Certification: BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required.
• License: RN licensed or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
• Education: BSN from an accredited school of RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prefer (1) plus years ED RN experience.
• ACLS preferred.
