- Interview hire train onboard and mentor nursing staff.
- Assign and schedule work to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.
- Manage payroll attendance and time-off requests.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
- Address performance concerns and collaborate with leadership on corrective actions when necessary. RN Float (RN) Word
- Serve as a subject matter expert for clinical skills training and patient services.
- Provide in-service education coaching and precepting for staff.
- Identify and escalate high-priority patient concerns using appropriate communication channels.
- Support efficient patient flow and collaborate with providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Ensure compliance with departmental guidelines clinical standards and electronic health record workflows. RN Float (RN) Word
- Partner with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote safe high-quality care.
- Support research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain staff competency and compliance with organizational regulatory and safety requirements.
- Foster a culture of teamwork professionalism and exceptional customer service.
- Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program.
- Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification. RN Float (RN) Word
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in an ambulatory or outpatient setting.
- Strong knowledge of patient care standards and clinical best practices.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
- Understanding of OSHA CLIA and HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. RN Float (RN) Word
