The Emergency Department is a collaborative fast-paced team dedicated to providing exceptional care to the Russellville community. How youll contribute
An ED RN who excels in this role:
- Deliver compassionate patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency environment.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians nurses and support staff to ensure positive patient outcomes.

What we are looking for:
- Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
- Required Skills: Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
- Experience: One year previous experience preferred
- Licenses: Active Arkansas or compact state RN license required. If relocating licensure must be updated to new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
- Education: Associates Degree required. BSN preferred.
