Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality evidence-based nursing care

• Collaborate with physicians and care teams

• Monitor assess and document patient conditions and progress

• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

• Adhere to safety compliance and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact as applicable)

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• BLS required (other certifications may vary by specialty)

• Strong interpersonal communication and clinical skills
