Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
- Uphold evidence-based nursing practices patient safety and infection control protocols.
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in all patient interactions.
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices patient safety and infection control.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.
