Registered Nurse, Outpatient Cardiology

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an RN to join our Outpatient Heart and Vascular Specialist team.

You would be responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards policies and procedures.

What you will do:

• Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively
• Communicates effectively (written and verbal) with colleagues patients and family members
• Educate patients and family members so that they have a transparent understanding of the care being provided.
• Understanding of computer-based applications (E-MAR clinical documentation) email and standard applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrates problem solving conflict resolution and positive communication through teamwork

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited R.N. program
• Current RN license in the state of Connecticut
• Three (3) to four (4) years of related clinical and/or hospital experience or previous experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting preferred.

Hourly Staff RN position; pay range: $33.10 - $52.95/hour

Pay is based on working RN experience only. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
