POSITION OVERVIEW

Are you a Med-Surg RN ready to put down roots We have multiple permanent direct hire openings across medical-surgical units at a large well-respected health system in Fort Wayne Indiana. These are stable full-time staff positions no contract end dates no agency no surprises.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients recovering from surgery illness or acute events

Perform assessments administer medications and coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital standards

Mentor and support new graduate nurses where applicable

Participate in quality improvement and unit-based initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

Active Indiana RN license (or compact license)

Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN nursing program

1 year of Med-Surg RN experience preferred; strong new grads considered

BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Strong communication critical thinking and time management skills
