Location: Vestal NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (02:45 - 11:15)
Pay rate: $50 - $55/hr.

Position Title: Registered Nurse LTC
Location: Vestal NY 13850
Duration: 16 weeks
Work Schedule: Mid 5x8-Hour (02:45 - 11:15)
Pay rate: $50 - $55/hr.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents including assessment planning implementation and evaluation of care plans
- Admineister medications and treatments as prescribed ensuring accuracy and safety
- Monitor residents health conditions and report changes to physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs CNAs and other nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR MAR TAR progress notes)
- Coordinate care with physicians therapists and family members
- Ensure compliance with federal state and facility regulations
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current and valid RN license in NY- No License hits allowed
- BLS/CPR certified
- Strong communication organizational and clinical skills
