We are seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse opportunity in a General Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment on day shift. Candidates must have at least two years of recent ICU specialty experience and prior travel nursing experience.

Location: Atlanta GA 30342

Job Type: Contract - 13-Week Contract

Shift: 12-hour days 7:00 AM7:30 PM; SunSat work week

Compensation: $40-$45/hr

Key Responsibilities

Track vital signs and hemodynamic parameters continuously

Monitor fluid intake output and electrolyte balances

Interpret lab results such as arterial blood gases (ABGs)

Administer high-risk medications and titrate critical IV drips

Manage and secure artificial airways and mechanical ventilators

Maintain invasive lines including central venous and arterial catheters

Troubleshoot complex life-support and monitoring technology

Respond instantly to acute life-threatening medical crises

Execute individualized care plans designed by physicians

Document all care interventions and assessments meticulously

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience within the ICU specialty

General Medical Surgical ICU experience

Prior travel nursing experience

Required BLS ACLS
