RN: Registered Nurse Full Time Nights

40 hours per week 10 pm-6:30 am

Pay: $41.15-$52.68/hour based on experience. Applicable shift differentials are included in the posted pay range.

In this RN role with Frasiers Summit Care Center in Boulder CO youll:

• Build meaningful relationships with residents while delivering high-quality person-centered care

• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe coordinated care delivery for up to 54 -skilled nursing residents.
• Combine clinical expertise leadership and compassion to support exceptional resident outcomes while helping create a safe person-centered care environment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification at the healthcare-provider level (CPR and AED with hands-on skills)
• Strong observation skills and ability to recognize subtle changes in resident condition
• Clear communication and collaborative teamwork skills within an interdisciplinary care environment
• Understanding of dementia care approach and person-centered care principle
• Prefer: Experience working in a skilled nursing facility assisted living community or long-term care environment preferred
