Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Float Pool
Location: Cincinnati OH
Duration: 8 Weeks
Shift: Nights (3x12s)
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Rate: Local: $36$46/hr Traveler: $48$58/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RN for a Float Pool assignment. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple acute care units while delivering safe high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient assessments and develop care plans
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Provide patient and family education
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Follow infection control and patient safety standards
Requirements:
Active Ohio RN License or Compact License
BLS Certification (AHA)
Acute Care nursing experience preferred
Ability to float between units
Strong assessment communication and critical thinking skills
