• We are looking for a team member who is energetic very well organized able to multi-task has a warm telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
• Must represent the agency with the highest professionalism
• A strong work ethic and the ability to interact well with a wide variety of people

• Experience with seniors a plus but not required

• Perform non-medical comprehensive assessments
• Develop an individualized plan of care for each client with client input
• Oversee of non-medical client care
• Conduct client reassessments and follow up visits
• Provide training delegation supervision performance oversight and support to our staff of CHHAs
