Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers are accepted Patient Population: Neonates to Geriatrics Certifications Required: BLS ACLS PALS General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: ER RN - treating patients for all complaints and all ages Ratio / Census: 1:4; 14 Rooms; 17 Beds with average volume of 60 per day Unit Systems: Epic (Required) Pyxis SBAR Scrub Color: Navy Blue RTO: MAX 7 days Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere Floating: Yes within facility/scope of practice as needed Call Requirements: None Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. *Note - We utilize set schedules. If the schedule falls on a holiday it is expected they work the set date* Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving/Black Friday Christmas Eve/Christmas Day New Years Eve/New Years Day Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. *Aya Offer* Aya Offer Information: Once candidate has signed and confirmation has been sent manager has 48 hours to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines meets specific facility requirements*.
