A mission-driven Community Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive primary care in Edenton North Carolina. This permanent part-time opportunity offers the chance to serve a rural community while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team dedicated to improving access to quality care.

- Monday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Thursday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Primary practice location: Edenton North Carolina.
- Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform health assessments and wellness examinations
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing
- Promote preventive care and patient education
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner
- Strong primary care assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Commitment to serving rural and medically underserved communities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
