Responsibilities

Oversee daily Emergency Services operations and support department workflow
Lead ER nursing staff and assist with staffing coordination and clinical oversight
Maintain quality patient care safety standards and emergency department protocols
Support communication between nursing teams providers leadership and hospital departments
Ensure compliance with documentation regulatory expectations and patient care standards

Requirements

Active California Registered Nurse license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 5 years of Emergency Room experience required
Minimum 2 years of nursing management experience required
TB clearance completed within the previous 12 months required
