JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health

RN - BH

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Behavioral Health Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

You will administer prescribed medications change dressings clean wounds and monitor vital signs.
As a member of this team you will monitor record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
Our nurses serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
As a nurse on our team you will be responsible for coordinating patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health

RN - BH

Full-Time

Registered Nurse candidates for the Behavioral Health Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon
Registered Nurse Diploma
Will consider LTAC candidates interested in behavioral health

Pay Rate: $47.40-74.78/hour
