Registered Behavior Technician Center-Based ABA

$18 - $23 an hour

Were hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to roll up their sleeves get silly when needed and show up every day to make a difference. No robotic sessions. No big-box burnout. Just real growth-for our clients and for you.

What Youll Actually Do:

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism

• Implement fun structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (youll get paid training and your certification on us!)

• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate play and thrive

• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with supportive experienced BCBAs whove got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What Were Looking For:

• You care about people-plain and simple

• RBT certified Great! Not yet Well train you (and pay you while you learn)

• Youre reliable flexible and comfortable getting down on the floor to play

• High school diploma ; bonus points for experience in childcare education or caregiving

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
