Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician you will work directly with children and their families to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in both home and clinic settings. This role is especially impactful for families who need support outside of traditional daytime hours allowing caregivers to be more involved in their childs development.
You will partner with a BCBA to carry out individualized treatment plans and help children build skills that improve daily life. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference while gaining hands-on experience in the field of autism services.
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and clinic environments
- Follow and implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Accurately document session data and maintain detailed records
- Build positive professional relationships with clients families and team members
- Support skill development through consistent and engaging interactions
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical and organizational standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification with company support
- Experience working with children or in a related field preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team
- Monday through Friday with multiple shift options available between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM
- Part-time schedule (approximately 7.520 hours per week) with opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows
