The Opportunity

We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Lutz FL. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with experienced accessible BCBAs who are invested in your developmentwhether youre early in your career or building toward becoming an analyst.

Services are primarily delivered in school and home-based settings with scheduling designed to support consistency and worklife balance.

What Youll Do

• Deliver 1:1 direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• Collect and document accurate real-time data on client progress
• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction across environments
• Collaborate with caregivers teachers and interdisciplinary professionals
• Utilize trauma-informed assent-based approaches in every session
