Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experienced

You know this work. You know what a strong BCBA looks like and what it feels like when support is not there. You know the difference between a caseload that is well-structured and one that is just a number. You haveprobably hada paycheckgetsmaller because a clientcancelled andyou are done with that.

At Woven Care we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built an environment for experienced RBTs that takes what you already bring seriously and gives you something real to grow into.

Your day is structured around yourclients kidsyou know well whose progress you are actively tracking whose families trust you. You will run one-on-one sessions implementing individualizedtreatmentplans making real-time clinical decisions andbringingthe kind of skill that only comes from time in the field. This is not entry-level work done at the entry level. Your experience shows up in every session.

What makes Woven Care different is the team around you. Your BCBA is not a weekly check-in or a voice on thephonetheyare present and available every day. That means real-time collaboration on programming genuine clinical conversation and feedback that isuseful. You will also be working alongside OT PT and SLP colleagues who are thinking about the same kids from different clinical angles. That kind of multidisciplinary environment is something most RBTs with your experience have not had access to and it changes how you work.

Our clinics are open Monday through Thursday from 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm and those 30 guaranteed hours per week will fall within those hours of baseline hours do not fluctuate based on things outside your control.

Our BCBAs are in the building and available every day. For experienced RBTs this is not justsupportitis the kind of clinical environment where you keep getting sharper.

Guaranteed hours

30 hours per week every week regardless of client cancellations. If you have spent time somewhere thatletcancellationscome out of your paycheck you know exactly why this matters.

Leadership and growth that is genuinely available

Lead RBT Mentor RBT QASP-S thesepaths are real. If you want to mentor newer RBTs that opportunity ishereand it is something we invest in seriously. If you are pursuing your BCBA we will support you with up to $9000 in tuitionassistanceand internship access right here at Woven Care.

Compensation

$21$24/hour based on experience and certification with a $500 sign-on bonus.

You already know this role isphysical onthe floor moving staying responsive through full sessionsliftingandassistingclients or equipment up to 50 lbs. We are not going to oversell it or undersell it. The work is demanding and it is worth it.
