YOUR ROLE

As a BHT-ABA/RBT you will provide individualized one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. You will help learners develop communication social behavioral and daily living skills while implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA or BC-ABA.

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Teach meaningful skills that promote independence and growth.
• Collect accurate data and complete documentation promptly.
• Participate in supervision training and team collaboration.
• Build positive respectful relationships with families schools and colleagues.

SCHEDULE & OPPORTUNITIES

We have a dedicated staffing team to build your caseload! Center-based opportunities may also be available in Stroudsburg Milford Lehighton Pottsville and Northampton. Our staffing team works with you to identify appropriate cases and build a consistent schedule.

You start only when at least 18 hours a week of cases are ready for you and our Staffing team builds your schedule!

QUALIFICATIONS

• RBT BCaBA or BCAT certification or another approved behavior analysis certification.
• A high school diploma or equivalent plus the 40-hour RBT training.
• At least two years of ABA experience plus 40 hours of approved ABA training.
