Kids First is a fast-growing ABA agency servicing families across New York and we are currently looking for experienced and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Queens.
Please note: This position is ONLY for currently certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) an extensive background in ABA services.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs
- Track session data and client progress
- Maintain a safe positive and engaging environment for clients and families
- Collaborate closely with the clinical team
Requirements
- Active RBT Certification (Required)
- Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work after-school hours and/or weekends
