Registered Behavior Technician Home-Based ABA

Schedule: Afternoon/Evening

Must have RBT Certification

What Youll Actually Do:

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans
• Cheer them on as they learn to communicate play and thrive
• Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with supportive experienced BCBAs whove got your back to develop life-changing care plans.

What Were Looking For:

• You care about people-plain and simple
• Youre reliable flexible and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare education or caregiving
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for in-home clients
