Location: This position will manage the Foot & Ankle sales teams in Arkansas Louisiana and Mississippi
What you will do-
Lead manage and develop the StrykerLower ExtremitiesSales team.As aLower ExtremitiesSales Manager at Stryker youare in charge ofdriving revenue and developing the top sales team in the Orthopedic a fast-paced environment excites you and your non-stopintensity fuels your order toexceed territory market shareobjectivesyoullanalyze market informationidentifyand meet with new prospects and creates sales plans and marketing manage budgets and expenditures andwelllook to you for recommendations on pricing schedules and discount rates. Knowing that relationships are key to success in salesyoullbuild ongoing partnerships with local hospital staff and surgeons and internal relationships with your teams of sales associates. What you need-
Bachelors degree in relevant field (business or medical discipline preferred) or equivalent experience advanced degree a plus
5 yearsdemonstratedsuccessful sales experience (in the medical device or industry preferred)
2 years of sales management experience and/ordemonstratedability to work with and lead others toaccomplishsales goals
Knowledge in the use of current office technologies (MSOffice suite databases etc.)
Base/Draw commission: $110000 - $150000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses and benefit bringing total compensation potential to $225000- 300000
