Duties:

• Provide expert advice on patient care treatment options and medical procedures to patients families and healthcare professionals
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and their medical conditions to develop effective care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive high-quality care.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical technology anatomy and physiology to provide the best possible care.
• Utilize medical documentation and record-keeping skills to accurately document patient information and medical procedures.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
• Educate patients and their families on medical procedures treatments and self-care techniques.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare services.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology anatomy and physiology.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
• Experience in patient care and medical documentation in long term care skilled nursing .
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and improving healthcare outcomes.
