Position Highlights:

• Collaborate with leadership teams to analyze trends in survey outcomes and recommend improvements.
• All facilities have stable leadership so this is a true regional role and not a float DON

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years of Director of Nursing experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Prior regional Nurse experience preferred
• Success in improving survey results with state and federal regulations in a SNF/LTC setting
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensure: Must have an RN license in any state and ability to obtain a HI license
