Regional Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Greater Richmond Area VA 25%

Manage routine preventative turnover and emergency maintenance needs

Eliminate the need for third-party vendors by completing non-routine tasks such as: power washing exterior lighting replacement parking lot cold patching turnover painting flower bed management exterior door repairs HVAC unit/component replacement interior/exterior painting bi-weekly common area cleaning and electrical outlet installations

• Corporate Responsibilities 75%

Oversee day-to-day and preventive maintenance programs for all properties

Direct train and support onsite maintenance teams across multiple properties
Ensure timely completion of service requests work orders and capital improvement projects

Monitor vendor and contractor performance; negotiate and manage maintenance-related contracts

Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with safety quality and curb appeal standards

Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budget guidelines

Provide technical guidance and recommendations during property acquisitions renovations or capital projects

Support leasing and resident services by ensuring units and common areas meet high-quality standards

Present weekly updates to Housing Program Managers during Tactical Meetings

• Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

HVAC certification

CAMT certification

EPA certification

Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role

Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems

Demonstrated leadership of maintenance teams

Additional Requirements:

Ability to travel up to 25% to support regional properties and initiatives
