The estimated base salary range for this role is $110000 to $150000 per year.
Individual pay is based upon location skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors (salary may be adjusted based on geographic location)

Reporting to the Senior EHS Manager the Regional EHS Manager will bring strong leadership and management capability to continuously improve our EHS culture across the organization. This role provides technical expertise to multiple manufacturing locations leads critical initiatives and drives functional excellence in EHS while supporting cultural transformation across the network

What youll do
- Lead and support EHS strategy execution and integration across the network to align with company standards
- Drive EHS methodologies and initiatives that promote a strong safety culture
- Provide hands-on EHS leadership and technical support to manufacturing plants and business operations
- Manage and execute EHS-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement policies procedures and safety/environmental management systems
- Lead EHS audits and corrective action processes
- Deliver training programs and build capability across plant teams
- Benchmark best practices and leverage continuous improvement initiatives across sites
- Coach and develop Plant EHS Representatives and operational leaders
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities and drive corrective actions across facilities
- Strong focus on injury management and workers compensation including incident investigations and returntowork programs
- Provide updates and reporting to business leaders and senior leadership teams
- Support M&A due diligence activities as needed

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety Environmental Health Engineering or related technical discipline
- 5 years of experience in environmental health & safety and/or environmental affairs management
- Strong change management experience
- Experience working in a complex or matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel moderately (approximately 3350%)
What will make you stand out
- Lean or Six Sigma certification or demonstrated project experience
- CSP CIH or CHMM certification
- Experience in job shop or work cell manufacturing environments
- Prior operations leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience supporting multi-site or regional manufacturing operations (inferred from scope of role supporting multiple locations)
