What makes you a great fit

You hold an active California LCSW LMFT LPCC or Psychologist license
You have 8 years of post-licensure behavioral health experience with leadership responsibilities
You have experience supervising multidisciplinary clinical teams in high-acuity settings such as PHP IOP or similar programs
You enjoy building systems developing people and improving clinical outcomes
Youre passionate about serving adults living with severe mental illness

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $175000$215000
