Youll lead with expertise guiding and mentoring your team through hands-on training and professional development while consistently evaluating and elevating their performance. As our primary advocate for quality assurance youll ensure our programs not only comply with applicable laws and regulations but also reflect best practices and internal standards fostering an environment where students thrive and achieve lasting position works under the support and direction of the Area/Regional VP Operations and onsite Program Directors to enhance the academic social emotional and behavioral outcomes of students through use of evidence-based interventions and in collaboration with the operations and educational staff from each campus within assigned area.

Requirements / Qualifications

Masters degree or higher in applied behavior analysis behavioral health or a closely related field of study. Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) credential. Hold currently or have the ability to obtain a valid CA state drivers license. Ability to obtain & maintain certification in company approved crisis management training. Prior experience and/or highly knowledgeable in training & implementing applied behavior analysis techniques including positive behavior intervention & support functional behavior assessment & behavior intervention plans in an education setting. Prior experience and/or knowledge in special education services & compliance effective teaching strategies classroom management systems data-based decision making & personalized learning. Highly skilled in working with children with learning disabilities emotional behavioral disorders autism spectrum disorders and/or other related disabilities. Prior experience and/or highly skilled in providing training professional development and/or coaching to teachers & education staff. Prior experience and/or highly skilled in crisis management systems & intervention procedures. Proven success in developing & implementing effective behavior intervention plans for students with diverse needs at various levels. Proficiency in providing motivation & having critical conversations with students that help move them toward realistic goals. Highly skilled in building relationships with students parents teachers & community and/or district partners. Advanced oral & written communication organization conflict resolution multitasking problem solving & decision-making ability. Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with computers Microsoft Office Suite database entry & basic office equipment.
