Job Summary

Make your mark for patients

We are looking for a Statistical Methodologist who is innovative collaborative and analytically rigorous to join us in our Biometrics and Data Science team based in our Atlanta GA headquarters.

About the role

As a Statistical Methodologist you will provide expert statistical consultation across the drug development lifecycle from early clinical development through late-stage and lifecycle activities. You will help design analyze and optimize innovative clinical studies contribute to the development of advanced statistical methodologies and translate complex quantitative evidence into clear decision-relevant insights that impact clinical regulatory and commercial strategies.

Who youll work with

You will be part of the Statistical Innovation group within Biometrics and Data Science collaborating closely with crossfunctional partners including clinical regulatory data science and medical colleagues. The team operates globally and engages both internally and externally through scientific collaborations industry working groups and conference participation.

What youll do

  • Provide statistical methodology support across clinical trials and development stages.
  • Design and assess innovative clinical trial methods and analytical approaches.
  • Apply frequentist and Bayesian methods to complex drug development questions.
  • Conduct simulations to inform study design sample size and power decisions.
  • Communicate complex statistical concepts using clear visuals and narratives.
  • Contribute to publications presentations and crossindustry scientific initiatives.

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • PhD in statistics mathematics or related quantitative discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong experience with advanced statistical methodologies in drug development.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming including R and/or SAS.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks including FDA and EMA guidance.
  • Ability to communicate complex statistics to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience applying Bayesian methods and innovative trial designs.
  • Record of methodological publications or conference presentations.
  • Experience working in a global crossfunctional pharmaceutical environment.

This positions reasonably anticipated salary range is $88k-$115k per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors.
