Recruiting Coordinator In Office

Job description

Were looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing hiring team. This person will keep our candidate pipeline organized and moving scheduling interviews tracking applicant status and making sure every candidate has a smooth professional experience from first contact to offer. The ideal candidate is highly organized comfortable juggling multiple open roles at once and enjoys being the reliable point of contact that keeps a busy hiring process on track.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Track applicant status and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Post and update job listings across LinkedIn and other job boards
• Communicate with candidates to confirm details answer questions and provide timely updates
• Support recruiters with resume screening and initial candidate outreach
• Help prepare offer letters and new-hire paperwork

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $48000 - $53000 per year (based on experience)
• Benefits package includes Medical Dental Vision PTO and 401(k)

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in recruiting HR or administrative support a plus
