Essential duties include:

• Collaborates with department managers to identify vacancies and staffing requirements.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role industry standards and the organizations needs.
• Creates job postings and advertisement support to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
• Source qualified applicants using job boards social media platforms and existing talent pools.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Assists with the interview process as necessary.
• Assists in the management of the applicant tracking system and background check systems; provides access to new users and conducts training sessions.
• Compiles a weekly open job report for the company to communicate all vacancies to regional managers and the C-suite team.
• Prepares offer letter packets ensures the signature of pre-employment documents and shares completed documents with stakeholders for proper filing.
• Ensures that proper onboarding processes are followed promptly for new hires and internal transfers.
• Updates community contact information sheets as new hires are made.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process identifying and recommending salary ranges incentives start dates and other relevant details.
• Tracks and ensures compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations as well as company policies.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and other sourcing and networking opportunities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal written and interpersonal abilities to act as a bridge between employers and job seekers.
