Job Summary Southern Industrial Constructors Inc. is seeking a Recruiter based in the Wilmington NC or Raleigh NC location. The Recruiter supports workforce needs through full cycle recruiting across multiple business units. This role focuses primarily on staff and management hiring while also contributing to early career recruiting initiatives and talent pipeline development. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers to identify attract and hire high-quality talent aligned with business needs and company values. #sic #LI-CW1 Essential Duties & Responsibilities Support the full recruitment lifecycle for staff and management positions including sourcing screening interviewing and selection. Manage the internship program to attract develop and convert early career talent into future full time hires. Support a high volume requisition load (20 active openings) across multiple states and business units. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements team dynamics and candidate profiles to ensure alignment on hiring expectations. Source candidates through iCIMS-integrated job boards direct outreach networking and hiring events. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events to attract qualified candidates. Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions talent availability and competitive compensation trends. Ensure a highly responsive and efficient recruiting process maintaining timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. Manage requisition workflow approvals and status updates within the applicant tracking system (iCIMS). Ensure compliance with EEO FLSA OFCCP and Affirmative Action requirements. Develop relationships with colleges trade schools and workforce development programs to support long term recruiting efforts. Evaluate candidates not only for skills but for alignment with company values and culture. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting experience preferably in industrial construction manufacturing or a related environment. Experience recruiting for staff and management roles required; exposure to craft recruiting strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations including EEO FLSA OFCCP and Affirmative Action. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and gain a deep understanding of workforce needs. Solid judgment in evaluating both technical qualifications and cultural/value alignment of candidates. Strong sourcing and networking skills. Highly responsive with strong organizational and time management abilities. Experience with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred). Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. #sic Work Environment Office-based role. Up to 50% travel during peak career fair season.
