Job Summary
Xantrionisseekinga highly organized and resourceful Part-Time Recruiter to help us scale ourService Deskteam by sourcing and recruiting high-volume IT role is ideal for someone with strong recruiting fundamentals experience hiring for IT support/help desk or customer service environments and the ability to independently source candidates using LinkedInandIndeed. The ideal candidate is proactive in their approach to working with candidates and hiring managers responsive and comfortable operating in a fast-paced recruiting how toidentifystrong talent quicklymaintainorganized pipelines andarecomfortable balancing sourcing screening scheduling and ATS management simultaneously.
Location:Remotewiththeoptionto work from our office in Lafayette CA.
Schedule: Monday Friday9am-1pm or1-5pmPST
Part-time 20 hours perweek
Compensation:$30 $45/hourdepending on experience and qualifications.
Responsibilities:
Manage high-volume recruiting effortsfor ITsupport and field technician roles
Post andmaintainjob ads on various external jobboards
Review resumes andconductinitialvideo screenings
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers andmaintaincandidate communication throughout the process
Support offer and onboarding process
Ensure a positive candidate experience andtimelyfollow-upfor all candidates
Build andmaintaincandidate pipelines for recurring IT support positions through sourcing strategies in LinkedInIndeed etc.
Manage candidate databases (including tracking and initiating follow-ups) with the regular use of our internal ATS system.
Developnurtureandmaintainrelationships with the candidate poolfor current and future opportunities
Communicate continuously with the recruiting team and hiring managers
Identifyareas of improvement and adapt tonew technologies
Partner with Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities and staffing needs
Complete anyadditionaltasks as assigned
Experience and Qualifications:
2-5yearsmanaging full-cycle recruitmentpreferably within IT staffingMSP or technical support environments
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Hands-on experience withJazzHRhighlypreferred
An undergraduate degree (e.g. BA BS) in Business Marketing Communications Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for entry-level technical or customer support roles
The ability to develop sourcing strategies for various roles and leverage referrals
Strong time management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionwith a high sense of urgency and motivation
Excellent command of spelling grammar and vocabulary usage
Able to take directions and learn quickly
Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook SharePoint Teams)
Exceptionalinterviewing skills including the ability to coordinate and execute follow-up emails and phone calls with prospective candidates
Familiarity with California hiring laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruiting process
Experience within the San Francisco Bay Area job market is a plus
