Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Las Vegas NV. This is a permanent full-time opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting top talent with rewarding career opportunities in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Source candidates through job boards social media networking and referrals. Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Extend offers and negotiate employment terms. Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field required. Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience preferably in healthcare staffing. Strong sourcing interviewing and negotiation skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and job boards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
